This letter is in response to your voicemail message request of March 16, 2011. We would like
to schedule a meeting to discuss the overburden fill that is contained in the proposed right -of-
way for paving, water, waste water and drainage facilities on the project.
We respectfully request that you, your design engineer, the geotechnical firm representative
(engineer) chosen for the project and any others having an interest in the progress of the
development meet with us at Town Center, 255 Parkway Blvd. to discuss what is required to be
in compliance with the City of Coppell's Subdivision Ordinance and Construction Standards.
