RE: Traffic Control on Freeport Parkway - Bethel Road to Ruby Road
Dear Mr. Evans:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the traffic control for the nearly completed section of Freeport
Parkway from Bethel Road to Ruby Road and we have some safety concerns. Please review the
attached drawings with recommendations for the intersections of Freeport Pkwy. at Bethel Rd.
and Freeport Pkwy. at Ruby Rd.
We are asking that you address these concerns prior to the opening of the new section of
Freeport Parkway. The roadway is scheduled to be open on or about Monday, October 1, 2001.
The City will also be participating in making this roadway as safe as possible by addressing
some concerns at the Bethel Road end of the project. These changes are also shown on the
drawings.
