1. First FHV across from 601 needs marker in street; paint FHV in street
2. 604 - can't get lid off meter box
3. Second FHV needs marker in street; paint FHV in street; threads too small - need to be
replaced.
4. Manhole on Mitchell at Coppell Rd. needs to be cleaned out; manhole ring is loose
5. NE corner of Mitchell /Coppell Rd - paint MLV
6. NW corner of Mitchell /Coppell Rd - paint MLV and lid
7. Chimney seal needs to be fixed at Mitchell /Coppell Rd.
8. 705 Coppell Rd - "S" painted on street for sewer
9. 705, 708, 709. and 713 all need new meter loops
10. 717 needs new meter box; full of dirt - checked curb stop only
11. Across from 717 - manhole needs stainless steel rain pan
12. First manhole south of 717 Coppell Rd needs concrete around ring; stainless steel rain pan
13. First MLV - label SO on curb
14. Second manhole needs stainless steel rain pan
15. Second MLV - label SO on curb
16. 20' inlet missing valve
17. Third MLV - label SO on curb
18. Move domestic meter box to Fire Admin. Building closer to sidewalk; install valve stack on
curb stop
19. MLV at Southwestern/Coppell Rd SW corner - label on curb, paint lid, straighten stack, get on
valve - 2 x 2 pad
20. Remove lid from old 8" MLV and fill with dirt and concrete.
