1. Repair fire hydrant S. Coppell Rd. and Southwestern. Ear facing east is leaking during
pressure test.
2. Need extension on mail valve across from 428 Southwestern — add 2' extension.
3. 400 Southwestern: dig up cleanout and repair with different sweep.
4. Soto's cleanout holding water; needs repair. Can't see fittings for meter; swivel nut on
outgoing side is missing.
5. 312 Southwestern: move meter can back.
6. 308 Southwestern needs meter box, not pad.
7. 304 Southwestern needs two bolts on sewer cleanout.
8. MLV pad on Bullock needs to be raised.
