Final Acceptance
Dear Mr. Murphy:
Representatives of the City of Coppell have confirmed a final inspection of improvements
for the referenced project. The record drawings have been received from the design
engineering firm. The expiration date for the Maintenance Bond will be February 1, 2013.
The letter of substantial compliance from Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation has
been received with no deficiencies noted during the inspection.
A follow -up inspection of the facilities will be conducted prior to the lapse of the two -
year maintenance period. If any punchlist items are noted at that time, you will be
contacted to make repairs.
