Notice of Maintenance Needed
Dear Mr. Murphy:
I recently received a call from the Building Manager of the warehouse at 815 S. Coppell
Road. He is concerned about settlement of the ground near the curb inlet constructed
with the ST 07 -02 S. Coppell Rd. project. I have inspected the site and agree that
maintenance needs to be done in the area to bring the level back up to its intended grade.
Please call me with the date and time you can meet me at the site to view the area of
concern and discuss the necessary remedy. The installation is covered by a maintenance
bond for workmanship that is still in effect. Contact me at the number below at your
earliest convenience.
