Rhonda, Thanks for your help. The side walks and the ADA corner ramp along Sandy Lake were installed when Sandy Lake was widen several years ago. The only city side walks we added were along Riverview. We'll talk to Metroplex about adding that to the M-bond quantities. He said sidewalk was constructed on Riverview and in front of the buildings on Sandy Lake, as well as ADA ramps on the corner. That is the only issue remaining to his knowledge. I cannot tell what is covered by just looking at the amount listed on the bond. If you can make sure we receive the quantities breakdown & all paving is listed, it should not take long to get the Engineering signature on the CO. Call me if you have any questions.
