Good Afternoon Rhonda,
If you guys do not receive the Revised bond amount from Metro-Plex by tomorrow morning. I will
bring a check to you tomorrow morning for the cash bond on the side walk. The dollar amount is based
on the following:
Riverview City Walk is value at 138 LF x 4' = 552 sqft x $2.45 = $1352.40 plus $280.00 for 2 small
ADA ramps = $1632.40.
The ADA corner ramp and the 6' sidewalk along Sandy Lake Road was installed many years ago with
the widening of Sandy Lake Road.
Thanks for all your help. I will see you tomorrow morning to drop off the CO's to be signed and
possibly a check in the amount of $816.20.

Yes, make the check to City of Coppell. I said the "check will be held", actually the amount of the check
is held in an account and if at the end of the 2 years no money is used for repairs, you will request the
amount be refunded to you.

Still nothing on the sidewalk quantities from Metro-plex, however, an alternate
method is to put up 50% of the value in a cash bond where the check is held for
2 yrs. then returned if none of the $ is needed for repairs. That may speed up
the process if you can't convince Metro-plex to send a revised bond in a higher
amount.
