explained in the attached letter nothing is changing but the name of the mix design. This letter is to inform

Effective February 1, 2011, Southern Star Concrete will change all concrete mix design numbers/ codes in order to facilitate
an internal mix design numbering/ code unification/ consistency process across all three areas - Houston, Dallas/ Ft. Worth,
and Little Rock. The mix proportions / constituents values will not change . Please accept this as our formal re- submittal of
the approved mix designs for this project. The current mix design numbers/ codes used on the above mentioned project will
change to a new mix design code/ nomenclature shown below. An example of the new mix design number/ code and
description are also provided in an effort to further help in the explanation of the nomenclature Southern Star Concrete will be
using going forward:
