1. Need to seal joint at Texaco on Beltline entrance. Marked with green paint.
2. Need to rout & seal approaches that are marked with paint.
Locations: Entrance at Shell Store; Braewood Shopping Center north entrance;
Local Diner entrance; Chipotle entrance.
3. Operate irrigation
4. Replace landscape damaged at 598 Denton Tap.
5. A maintenance bond will be required when the entire project is complete.
6. A certification letter will be needed when the entire project is complete.
