Final Acceptance
Dear Mr. Caudill:
We found in reviewing our files that we may have inadvertently failed to send your
company a letter of final acceptance for the above referenced project. We are basing the
date of final acceptance on the date the final pay application was accepted and signed, which
was July 29, 2009. Based on that date, the maintenance bond provided in your contract will
expire on July 29, 2011.
A follow -up inspection of the facilities will be conducted prior to the lapse of the two -year
bond period. If any punchlist items are noted at that time, you will be contacted to make
repairs. Thanks for your cooperation in this effort.
