In the meeting, we determined that the site contained fill that had debris and organic material that is not suitable for development. You have agreed, at the recommendation of your geotechnical engineer, to remove the material that is not suitable as defined by your engineer. You stated Rone Engineering will also be onsite while you are removing and replacing the material to ensure proper disposal. We also discussed that you will be videoing the existing sanitary sewer to determine its condition and if there are any other additional services. We also discussed that you will need to submit to us concrete submittals and lab tests for the inlets, manholes and pavement. We will also need submittals for the densities of the utility backfill material. You will also need to submit signed engineering plans for the retaining wall that will be built, and a letter from the engineer after it is built stating that it was built according to his design. We will discuss the sub -grade preparations and the manhole rebuild, and I will get back to you soon. If you have any questions, please contact me at your convenience.
