Gentlemen,
The engineering department has received the attached request to operate a crane on Oak Trail this
Thursday 4/7/2011. This will require the road to be closed between Shady Oak and Willow. The closure
will be limited to the hours of 9:OOam to 3:OOpm and will include proper barricading and detour signage..
Please let me know if you have any objection to this closure.
Rick O'Dell, construction Inspector, will be overseeing this activity. Should you have any immediate
concerns during this activity please call Rick at 469- 576 -7709.
