The effective model was obtained from the FEMA library. This analysis compares the effective conditions, the existing conditions and proposed conditions. Included in this report are the required FEMA forms, maps and figures and construction plans as applicable. HEC -RAS models are provided. Floodplain mapping is based on a topographic survey performed in July 2011. The report has been reviewed and accepted by the City of Coppell Engineering Department.
