The earliest time line for that effort is the first quarter of 2007. We have already spoken with an Engineering filln but until we finalist the de- federalization of the money, we do not want to proceed with a design contract. Designing and constructing this street as a federal project will increase the cost of design and construction. Ken Griffin, P. E.
