General:
The intent of our plan ~esign and review process was to
lower the street grade of Heartz Road and revise the storm sewer
to adequately and efficiently plan..fcr the future. Any platting,
streetscape, etc. are beyond the scope of this review.
Comments to City Review 8/20/90: Paving Sheet 1/3 -
1. Streetsca~ plan not applicable pe~ Owner.
2. Standard concrete tie-in i~ planned at Sandy Lake Rd,
3. Vertical Curve length~ are within safe City of Dallas

intersection of Sandy Lake Road & Meartz Road. This
