Dear Mr. Powell:
The consultant for FEMA, Dubarry & Davis of Washington, D.C., has requested
that certain data be forwarded to them so that they may complete the map
amendment procedure for Denton Creek which was initiated in 1982. The con-
sultant wants the items to come through the City of Coppell. We are send-
ing you the data they have requested in duplicate so that you can retain a
copy for your file.
The data which is submitted and which is to be forwarded to FEMA in Denton,
Texas is listed below.

I have prepared a draft of a letter which may expedite the process of sub-
mission for you and your staff. A copy of the letter draft is enclosed
should you desire to use it with your submittal to FEMA in Denton. I have
also enclosed a copy of a letter from the City of Mesquite to FEMA which is
a sample of their procedure for these types of projects.
Included with this letter are copies of a letter from the original consul-
tant for FEMA, Michael Baker Jr., Inc., to the City of Coppell regarding
the 1982 submittal, our original submittal letter to FEMA in Denton dated
August 21, 1986, and copy of FEMA's letter to us transmitting the data
to Washington FEMA.
Since August 1986 all contact has been with Mr. Mo Hong of Dubarry & Davis,
8401 Arlington Blvd., Fairfax, Virginia 22031. We have prepared all of the
data which is to be forwarded to FEMA at the request of Mr. Hong.
