The request was denied because Hinkley refused to grant easements to MUD District. 5) The connection of the Heartz Road sanitary sewer was discussed and approved by the Board per the stipulations of the letter of agreement from Board Chairman to City Manager. 6) Board was also approached to get there feelings on whether or not the developer of the Eby track (located south of Pecan Hollow) could possibly be annexed into the MUDdistrict. The Board asked that the developer apply for approval. Additionally, the letter of agreement, mentioned in item #5, needs your review and if you have any comments please advise Alan Ratliff.
