Please find attached the Final As -built Plans for the above project.
1 received a phone call from one of the engineers in your department who requested two (2) minor changes to
the Cover sheet. These changes have been made.
This submittal includes:
1) A new black line copy of the revised Cover sheet 9the engineer stated he would staple the revised
cover sheet to the initial submittal set)
2) One (1) full size mylar copy of the As -built plans
3) A CD with the line work from my design file
