At your request, ~e have prepared an estimate of the property tax revenue for
two land use schemes Involvlng IO0 acres of land In Coppe11, Texas.
The estimate includes both real estate and personal property that would be
in the buildings under use. The first land use is for 100 acres of office
space at buildout. The second land use is for IO0 acres of industrial (malnly
warehouse) space.
The office land use ~ould generate annual City of Coppell property tax revenues
of $7,3OO,OOO annually, ~hile the warehouse use would produce revenue of approx-
imately $500,000 annually.
