AFTER P&Z
1. Make sure that the landscape plan includes shrubs less than 24” and trees greater
than 7’ clearance within the visibility triangles.
2. The plan needs to match the plan done by Freese and Nichols regarding the radii and
parking spaces removed due to the radii increasing.
