Attached is a chart comparing the cost to continue with Sandy Lake as a Federal project versus
reverting back to a city project. The cost difference is minimal, however, the real savings is in the
accelerated timeline. I'm unsure if you want to discuss this with Kenny Marchant. I've currently got
TxDOT on hold until we decide how to proceed.
