Minor Plat of Petterson Addition
Dear Mr. Atkins:
The Petterson Addition is currently in the replatting process and the engineer preparing
the plat was asking about right-of-way dedication. The schematic plans indicate that
5141 Sq. Ft. of right-of-way is required from the Petterson property. The Minor Plat of
Petterson Addition shows that 25 feet of right-of-way was dedicated at the time the plat
was filed in 1999. I have reviewed the plans and do not think that the 25 feet of right-of-
way dedication is shown. Please review the plans and let me know if you agree. If any
right-of-way is required, we will need a legal description for the engineer preparing the
plat.
