Heartz Road/Final Construction Plans
Alan Ratliff, City Manager, along with Mike Allan, called today in
a conference call. Alan asked about the status of Heartz Road
plans and, if the plans are ready for approval, we provide a letter
of approval in that regard by Wednesday. Alan also indicated that
if there are any problems, he wants to know.
Please note that a marked-up plan on Heartz Road has been returned
to Dan M. Dowdey. I called Bill Anderson and he indicated that
they will try to make revisions to said plans and submit the
revised plans by tomorrow.
I have also asked Ben to work closely with Bill Anderson of Dan M.
Dowdey, if needed, to get the plans ready for final approval.
