SECOND Notice of Concrete Pavement Failures
Dear Mr. Murphy:
There has been no response to my letter of March 15, 2011 regarding the need for repairs
to be performed under the maintenance bond in effect for this project. Based upon recent
re- inspection of the paved sections of South Coppell Road, pavement failures are
continuing to occur in many areas, both on the street and along curb sections.
I urge you to call me with a date and time you can meet me at the site to walk the extent
of paving installed by JRJ so that I can point out to you and /or your representative the
areas that must be repaired.
