A pre-construction conference for the City of Sandy Lake Road Water Line Project has been scheduled for
Thursday, January 21, 1999 at 9:00 a.m. The conference will be held at the City of Coppell Town Center, 225
Parkway Boulevard.
We are enclosing an advance copy of the meeting agenda. Please be prepared to introduce your project
superintendent, confirm your subcontractors, and provide us with a proposed schedule of your work and your
anticipated monthly cash monthly for the project. It is the City' s intention to issue a notice to proceed at this
conference.
If you have any questions or need additional information prior to the pre-construction conference, please do
not hesitate to contact this office.
