NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the
District will meet in Special Session, open to the public, at
7:30 p.m. on September 25, 1990, at Coppell Town Hall, 255
Parkway Blvd., Coppelt, Texas, to consider and take action on
the following Agenda:
1. Recess to Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17,
§2(e) and (f), V.A.C.S., to consult with counsel regarding
pending and contemplated litigation and matters involving
District policy; reconvene in open session and take any
necessary action regarding Adams v. E-Systems, Inc. et al,
contemplated litigation and District policies;
2. Requests for Annexation and a Project Agreement for the
proposed Lake Park Project;
3. Request for a Project Agreement for the proposed Park
~ ~Place Project;
~f4. Authorization for connection of, the proposed new Hearts
~oad wastewater line to the District s sewer system;
~- 5 Ratify and confirm Project Agreement for Vista Ridge
Project;
6 Adopt 1990 tax roll, set 1990 tax rate and take all
required action in connection therewith;
7 Employ independent auditors for 1989-90 audit; and
8. Such other business as may come before the meeting.
