NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Mr. Bowman:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project. For
purposes of the contract, your calendar days will start June 2nd, 2011. Forty Five (45)
Calendar Days were bid on this project for completion of work. Therefore, we anticipate
the project being complete by July 16, 2011. Please note that the incentive/ disincentive
bonus is tied to the number of days the intersection is closed to traffic from E. Belt Line &
Southwestern as well as the reduction in lanes along S. Belt Line & Denton Tap.
