This letter will serve as written notice that your current contract will be reinstated per our
meeting yesterday. As discussed, GME Consulting Services, Inc. will not engage the
services of the prior boring subcontractor on this project and hire a different subcontractor to
finish the job.
As of the date you receive this letter, you may continue the drilling and testing work. If you
have any further questions, please contact me directly.
