As previously discussed, we have prepared the attached amendment to our engineering
services contract for the Southwestern Boulevard Road and Bridge Improvement
Project. The amendment is for SUE services requested by the City for locating the 24-
inch water main crossing Grapevine Creek.

AMENDMENT TO SCOPE OF SERVICES
I. Scope of Work
Halff Associates will provide Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) services required to
locate the 24 -inch water main crossing Grapevine Creek.
A. Locate line in field;
B. Tie location to survey control;
C. Show water main location on construction plans and record drawings.
II. Compensation
Engineer shall be paid an additional lump sum amount of Two - thousand and no /100
Dollars ($2,000).
