Dear Alan:
You will recall that following the District Board meeting
yesterday I briefly called to your attention the District's
concern about 36+ acres outside of the District which the
proposed sanitary sewer line in Heartz Road is designed to
serve. We now also understand that the proposed purchaser of
the "Eby" Tract, which is not within the District, also
proposes to dispose of the sewer from that tract thorugh
District facilities.
At the time we discussed this, there did not seem to be a
great urgency to discussing these matters with the City
Staff, but in reflection it seems to me that these matters
may impact the proposed Park Place Project as well as any
development planned for the Eby Tract. fl
Accordingly, it would be appreciated if you would ask
