We are transmitting herewith 2 sets of construction plans for
the subject street project for review. We have met with
H. Wayne Ginn, P.E., City of Coppell Mayor Mark Wolfe, City
Manager Alan Ratliff, Univest Development Owner Mike Allen and
Bill Anderson from our office discussing the design of Heartz
Road.
We have designed these plans with the aid of previously approved
plans on Heartz Road from Jerry Parche' and the discussions
with the City personnel. Upon review of the plans we hope they
meet with your approval.

Coppell in the completion of Heartz .Road.
