RE: Denton Creek/Asbury Manor Hike and Bike Trail
Staff does not have any major issues with the final plans as submitted. Please forward the
following additional requirements /comments to the design engineer and contractor:
1. All construction must conform to the City of Coppell's Subdivision Ordinance and
Construction Specifications. The contractor is required to have a copy of the City's
Construction Details on the job site at all times. Copies can be purchased the in engineering
office.
2. The appropriate erosion control measures must be in place at all times until vegetation is
established. Questions pertaining to the Phase II Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program
should be directed to Suzan Taylor, CIP Coordinator, at 972 - 304 -7019.
3. Arrange a pre - construction meeting with the inspector prior to beginning the project. Call
Rhonda Brothers at 972 - 304 -3682 for scheduling.
4. Keep the engineering inspector informed of any proposed changes to the signed plans prior to
the changes taking place.
5. Provide the engineering department a copy of the record drawings at the completion of the
project. Questions can be address by the Engineering Technician, Scott Latta, at 972 - 304 -3683.
