Sorry for the slow response, I was out of town yesterday. The answer to the questions is yes, to all the
above. I'll get Ted to do se tap, but the contractor will be responsible for setting the meter & double
check, as well as any impac inspection fees. It might be easier to just give the contractor my number.

An irrigation contractor is bidding the Denton Creek Asbury Manor Trail and was asking whether or not
water impact fees, meter fees, and tap inspection fees will be charged. Do you know how the contract
was written? Thanks.

I never have before, the only charges that I'm aware of is to inspect the meter /double check installation.
