Dear Sir / Madam
In our letter dated 06/29/2010 , we advised you that the referenced
facility has been inspected and found to be in non - compliance with
some of the provisions of the Texas Architectural Barriers Act,
Article 9102, Texas Civil Statutes.
The non - complying items were noted on an enclosed inspection report
and we requested that you bring those items into compliance and verify
that to us in writing within 90 days.
As of this date we have not received a written response to our
letter; therefore, we must request that you contact this office
within fifteen (15) days to let us know if these modifications
have been completed. Please note, if we do not receive a response to
this notice, we will be required to refer this matter to our
Enforcement Division.
