Dear Mr. Griffin:
We have reviewed the six (6) base bids submitted for Project No. SW 00 -01. The
apparent low bidder for the referenced construction project is Green Scaping.
Our review and evaluation of the bids consisted of contacting a representative from the
referenced company to determine their current respective work load, as well as, to
discuss their performance on projects of similar scope. A follow up with the references
for the discussed projects generated no negative comments.
On the basis of the low bid price, current work load, and references we take no
exception to recommending award of the contract to Green Scaping.
