I hav~ received your preconstruction minutes. Item #3 is wrong. Grading,
plac~g rebar, excavating trenches, and laying of pipe will re~Hre inspections.

I believe the question was in reference to work done after hours and w~ekends.
The p~.ocedure for inspection is they may lay pipe, place steel, excavate in
this ';ime fr~ne without an inspector present. The Contractor can not cower
any i';ems until the appropriate inspection is conducted on the following day
or Mo]~ay respectfully. This is not to be misconstrued as no inspections are
