Dear Nh-. Parche:
Enclosed please find a copy of letter from FEMA to the City of Coppell
regarding above referenced project. As mentioned in this letter, your
hydraulic models include a swale construction and floodplain fill project
known as the Magnolia Project, which is also being processed for Letter
of Map Revision by FEMA.
Please note that the issue of maintenance agreement has not been resolved
yet. We are currently working with Mr. Tom Cravens of Lichliter & Jameson
and Associates, Inc. on aforementioned maintenance agreement. According
to the City's Public Works Department, the City of Coppell is not respon-
sible for such maintenance until such time as the land is conveyed by Deed
to the City.
