Dear Russell:
Pursuant to requests by the Department of Public Works, the
following additions will be included to the referenced project.
Two-inch meter setting on the median irrigation service per
City of Coppell specifications.
Two two-inch PVC conduits, approximately two feet deep,
extending across the Parkway Boulevard Right-of-Way for
future electrical services.
These conditions will be included in the construction contract
for street paving and utilities and will be shown on As-Built
submittals. It is my understanding that this letter will allow
the City to issue final approval of the plans.
