Dear Mr. Doyle:
We have reviewed the above referenced items and have no
objections to the plans as submitted. At this time we recommend
that the plans be stamped "Approved for Construction".
The applicant shall submit a letter for the record addressing two
requests that the Public Works Department has noted on their
sign-off plan sets. The two requests are as follows:
Three, not one, 2" valves shall be installed at eta.

One meter setter is to be added at centerline Sta.

These revisions will be field changes and so noted on the As-
Built Drawings accordingly.
