Dear Russell:
Attached with this letter are 10 sets of Paving Improvement Plans
and 10 sets of Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Storm Drainage
Improvement Plans for the construction of Parkway Boulevard
(West) and the High School Access Road. Mr. Kevin Peiffer has
recently advised me that these plans are approved. Therefore,
please stamp the plan sets accordingly, retain copies necessary
for the City's use and advise us when the remaining sets will be
available for us to pick up.
The information shown on these construction plans is similar to
the plans submitted to the City on February 7, 1989 with the
following exceptions:
1. Note Number 5 on the Final Plat (Sheet No. 2)has been
revised in accordance with direction received from the City
Council on February 14, 1989. We have received notification
that the plat is approved. We are currently preparing eight
executed copies and two executed mylars for recording.
Pavement thickness in Parkway Boulevard was revised to be ~
~c~ordance with Cit~rement_s__as stated in Revision Note
1 on Sheet 3 of the paving plans.
Alternate pavement thickness in the High School Access Road
was added in accordance with City___requirements~as stated in
Revision No~ 4 of the paving plans.
Reinforcement spacing under brick pavers was revised to be ~.,
in accordance with City requirements as stated in Revision ~'

We are currently hoping to proceed with this construction around
the end of March, 1989. Our contractor, h. H. Lacy Company, will
be contacting the City regarding payment of inspection fees.
