SUBJECT: ABQ/City Escrow Agreement
On February 14,1989, Mayor and Council approved an escrow agreement with
ABQ Development. It was my understanding that the City should have received
$15,782.25 by Tuesday, February 21, 1989. As of today, Thursday, February 23,
we have not received this money. Do you know when ABQ will make this payment?
If you could inform me of an expected date for payment, I would appreciate it~
