Russell, staff has received the FEHA data (LOHA) and the approved
rough grading plan. A11oiSr needed to ,-issue a ,,construction permit
is the floodplain permit letter from the Floodplain Administrator·
This should keep us from being in conflict with floodplain ordinance
and FEMA's permit requirements.
This is a step that has been required for sometime now. As soon as
we receive this documentation, I will request Steve issue the permit.
