Dear Russell:
Enclosed are three sets of the sanitary sewer, water, storm
drainage and paving improvement plans for Parkway Boulevard
(West) and the High School Access Road. The plans have been
corrected in accordance with final comments received from Ginn,
Inc. Final revisions have included:
Trench Safety drawings have been added to the Water,
Sanitary Sewer and Storm Drainage Plans.

Corner clips are shown on the west side of the Parkway
BouleVard - Denton Tap Road intersection. The corner
clips have been sized in accordance with minimum
requirements as directed in our previous discussions
and to ensure that the proposed 16-inch ductile iron
water main is contained within the easements.
A drawing showing these corner clips with dimensions,
legal descriptions and a committment letter to dedicate
these corner clip easements have been provided to the
City.

Proposed 16-inch valves are shown on Sheet
Utility Plans.

Material requirements on the water line encasement pipe
under Parkway Boulevard have been added~to the plans.
Since our last submittal of the Paving Improvement plans on
January 9, 1989, we have added the following information:
1. Proposed fences along the Right-of-Way lines of

2. Details for installation of brick pavers.
Requirement to seed area 20 feet adjacent to proposed
Right-of-Ways as well as non-paved areas within Right-
of-Ways.
Proposed 16-inch water line crossing Parkway Boulevard
west of Denton Tap Road, for reference.
We are currently awaiting documentation from the City regarding
the revised escrow amount required for the water line to be
constructed by the City under Denton Tap Road. Also we
understand that ABQ Development Corporation should submit a
proposed agreement to the City requesting that the City pay
oversize reimbursement for the sixteen inch water line in Parkway
Boulevard upon completion of construction in accordance with the
Subdivision Ordinance.
Please advise me when these plans are approved.
