Doug,
Thank You for the schedule. We will make sure the arrow board is available for use. As called for in the contract,
you will be providing the temporary traffic control. I would like to point to the TxDOT detail TCP 1-4a to be used
as a guide. Belt Line road is posted at 45 MPH. For file purposes, I would like to have you fill out a permit &
attach your TCP. (See attached). Please ignore the fee. This form was developed for franchise utilities.
What time tomorrow were you thinking about meeting? I have a 9:30 meeting that will last till 12 or so. I would
like for Per to be at this meeting if available.

Good morning George: I was able to get a lot of work caught up last week and should now be able to devote the
proper energy to the Belt Line Road pavement investigation. As you requested, I have determined a preliminary
schedule of work that GME will perform:

2011
3) Mark boring locations on Belt Line Road 6 hours May 4,
2011
4) Call Digtess for Utility locates and markings 2 Working Days May 4
through May 6, 2011
5) Core Pavement and Drill Test Borings 3 Working Days (or less) May
10 through May 12, 2011
6) Assign Lab Tests and Perform Lab Testing 10 Working Days (or less) May
13 through May 26,2011
7) Anaylyze Data and Prepare Report 10 Working Days (or less) May
27 through June 10, 2011
The schedule of work described above is in accordance with our project schedule as outlined in our proposal
P11.04.0030 dated March 3, 2011.
I have the drilling subcontractors notifed of the schedule and they are checking to be sure it works with them.
We will need to have the traffic board signs available during the time period proposed.
Please review the schedule and provide any comments.
