Sales Tax 10C-CS110513 (6/17/2011) George Marshall - Belt Line Road Permit InformationPage 1 From: "Doug Ziolkowski" <DZiolkowski@gmeconsult.com> To: "George Marshall" <gmarshall@coppelltx.gov> Date: 5/13/2011 11:06 AM Subject: Belt Line Road Permit Information Attachments: City of Coppell Permit.PDF George: Please see the attached pdf file and see if I have filled it out correctly. Jennifer, John and myself met some utility locators at the site this morning. There were some ATT and fiber optic cables buried beneath the street near the south end of Beltline Road in the outer lane going southbound. We had to make a revision to the proposed borings due to the lines. We propose to eliminate Boring B-33 and drill boring B-32. B-34 was already cancelled. B-31 is okay, just had to move out about 2 feet. We are still scheduled to drill beginning next Wednesday. I will be out of town all next week and back on Monday, May 23. Please call Jennifer if you have any questions in my absence. Thanks Doug. Douglas P. Ziolkowski, P.E.
