George: Please see the attached pdf file and see if I have filled it out
correctly.
Jennifer, John and myself met some utility locators at the site this
morning. There were some ATT and fiber optic cables buried beneath the
street near the south end of Beltline Road in the outer lane going
southbound. We had to make a revision to the proposed borings due to the
lines.
We propose to eliminate Boring B-33 and drill boring B-32. B-34 was
already cancelled. B-31 is okay, just had to move out about 2 feet.
We are still scheduled to drill beginning next Wednesday. I will be out
of town all next week and back on Monday, May 23. Please call Jennifer
if you have any questions in my absence. Thanks Doug.

Thank You for the contact info. I have a preconstruction meeting at 9 on Wednesday but I can make sure to
have an inspector available at that time.
Thank You, George

Put these two names and numbers. Jennifer Shields at 817-807-5733 or John McRae at 469-441-0253. Please let
me know if you need anything else. I will have Jennifer check with you on Tuesday to confirm the time to meet
on Wednesday, but I am thinking everyone should meet at 9:00am at the turnaround area on Hackberry.

Permit looks good except I need to have a contact number for someone that will be on the job at all times.
Thank You, George
