As requested by Ms. Crocker, we are delivering five sets of the following contract forms for the Sandy Lake
Road Water Line project, from Wagon Wheel Ranch to Denton Tap Road:
Bid Schedule Standard Form of Agreement
Questionnaire Performance Bond
Bid Affidavit Payment Bond
Affidavit of Safety Record Maintenance Bond
In anticipation of favorable action by the City of Coppell City Council this coming December 8, 1998, all
contract forms but the various bonds have been executed by the low bidder, Fox Contractors, Inc. If your City
Council awards the contract to Fox Contractors, Inc., please have the Standard Form of Agreement executed
on behalf of the City of Coppell and return all copies to our office. We will then have the contractor provided
us with executed bonds, bind all documents together and return two complete sets to the City.
