Dear Mr. Doyle:
We have reviewed the latest plans submitted by Mr. Jerry Parche,
set marked received 1/12/89, and based upon our review on 1/19/89
we have no objections to the paving, grading or site plans as
submitted. At this time, a grading permit could be issued if the
City so desired. Revisions are needed yet for the water layout
proposed. At this time, the applicant has our plan review set
and is addressing those items. We shall -~keep you informed on
their progress and notify you when the water plans are acceptable
for City approval.
