Dear Russell:
In accordance with a letter dated December 29, 1988 from Mr.
Howard Pafford of Coppell Water Utilities Department, enclosed
are the following payments for fees due associated with the
referenced plat:
1. Water Tap Fee Payment of $200.00
2. Sewer Tap Fee Payment of $100.00
Please advise me if the construction plans for this project have
been approved and if any other fees are due. We intend to begin
grading construction for Parkway Boulevard and the High School
Access Road very soon in order to comply with the C.I.S.D.
schedule. Also please inform me of any City requirements
regarding the proposed construction such as required meetings
with City staff members, required testing, etc.
