Attached is our status through the end of May. After several weeks of trying to get borings and
information from Luminant, I finally got a hold of Jay Reinke and was told that the City will need to request
the information, not F&N, and that it needs to be in writing and to whomever your agreement says is the
primary contact. I guess he wasn't sure who that would be, but said it should be listed in the agreement.

The information we would ask you to request is:
- boring logs, lab testing, and geotechnical report from the spillway enhancements performed in the late
1990's.
- lake level records for the last two years
- plans showing the discharge box and valving for the 42" water line that was used historically to pump
water into the lake, but is currently being used to hold the lake level down.
I would appreciate it if you could make the formal request for this information.
We are trying to get a draft report for you to look at by the end of the day on Monday. I will be out of town
Tu thru Fri on vacation, so it could be the following week. It will address what we can without the geotech
info. After you've had that draft a little while, I'd like to come out and visit about the project, hopefully the
week of 6/20.
